I know it can be changed, but it's a pain to have to change it every time I open the app. I have a large list of tasklists, and they all have a number of tasks. It's hard to find all the main taskslists when everything is expanded by default.
Hi Koobaru. We have updated this in iOS. Marking this as complete.
I love the desktop website. It works great.
The website works fine on my ipad.
The app is great but I cannot add my time. that's fine, i can add my time through a browser.
EXCEPT, on any phone with an average size screen. The mobile website through any browser (safari, chrome, explorer) is virtually unusable. This is what it looks like,
in dash board view, i cannot scroll left to read my task list completely. although i can scroll up and down to find a particular task. If I turn my mobile to landscape view, it resized to the same window with the same problem.
when i select a workspace, it gets worse,
in this view, the tasklist is completely covered and i can't move the chat window or the timeline details pane. Switching to landscape view does help the view,
The problem in landscape view is that I cannot scroll down to see the task list! It's absolutely maddening as if someone ignores this basic problem because it's too much work.
With latest iOS app 7.0.2 I'm logged out when I do something in the app and there is no Internet connection. I'm brought back to the login screen and have to login again, this is *very* annoying. Everytime I use the mobile app I have to make sure I have wifi or mobile connection.
Can you please fix this? Thanks!
The logout issue should be resolved, however, the sync issues (that you've mentioned in other threads) definitely persist. We are excited to have a new version out in the next few months which we think will vastly improve the entire experience for our iOS users.
- Mobile app should notify even if logged in to the web app or desktop app
Thanks for your suggestion. This has now been fixed system wide and should no longer be an issue.
