Allowing multiple workspaces to connect to one Slack channel.

mike 1 year ago in Apps & Integrations 0

I would like to create a live feed of Redbooth in Slack. I think sending all workspaces activities to one channel would work best for us, but it appears that currently it will only allow for 1 workspace to 1 channel.

Firefox Gmail plugin

is it possible to have a Gmail plugin for Mozilla Firefox as there is for Google Chrome ? All people in our association (about 30) are working with Firefox, it would be great if there is a way to install it as Chrome :)

The current way of integrating Redbooth with Slack is poor when compared to the new Trello Bot. Please check: https://trello.com/platforms/slack

SAML support for other identity providers? not just OKTA

wali.samadi 2 years ago in Apps & Integrations • updated by db453r 11 months ago 1

This isn't really a feature request, you currently support SAML. We have recently implemented Centrify, one of the many identity service providers. It works for us because it's particularly mac friendly. I'd like to request SAML support to be available for more than just OKTA :).

Add integration for Microsoft Teams (their Slack-like product)

Eric M. 🐿 4 weeks ago in Apps & Integrations • updated 4 weeks ago 1

My work is forcing me to use Microsoft Teams... would LOVE to get Redbooth notifications in a channel there, like I can with Slack.

They call these things "Connectors" and here's their very thorough docs on how to integrate - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/connectors

We are loving the evernote integration to Redbooth. Our team would like to have the ability to add overall workspace notes to the file section within a workspace and not have to attach them to a task.

Redbooth connector for Zendesk

Ben 2 years ago in Apps & Integrations 0

I am using the Redbooth connector for Zendesk.

I see a few issues;

1) Connector should be a two way sync (using private comments), otherwise customer service consultant in Zendesk, needs to access both software to get an update..

2) Should have configurable fields, starting with title, reason being is if there are 100's or even 1000's of tickets in ZD going into RB, then it would make sense to title the tickets in RB with Ticket number or at least the organisation to help narrow down search.

Bring back images to app

Nicholas Karlovasitis 4 months ago in Apps & Integrations • updated by Ryan Crosbie 4 months ago 1

The app no longer allows for uploading or viewing images🤦🏻‍♂️. This is a major issue as it severely impacts productivity and mobile workers. Pretty basic functionality that is available on most platforms. We now have to take images on our phones etc and use the desktop app or other apps to show these... seriously what were you guys thinking…

Ryan Crosbie 4 months ago

Hi Nicholas,

Thanks for the feedback.  Our June update of Redbooth iOS, 8.6.0, offers image preview.  And we'll soon have image upload (from camera, or library) because we know that's a big deal.

If you haven't updated recently, the latest version (8.7) also offers @mentioning of your colleagues in comments, a feature that was highly requested.

Stay tuned!
