I would like to create a live feed of Redbooth in Slack. I think sending all workspaces activities to one channel would work best for us, but it appears that currently it will only allow for 1 workspace to 1 channel.
This isn't really a feature request, you currently support SAML. We have recently implemented Centrify, one of the many identity service providers. It works for us because it's particularly mac friendly. I'd like to request SAML support to be available for more than just OKTA :).
I am using the Redbooth connector for Zendesk.
I see a few issues;
1) Connector should be a two way sync (using private comments), otherwise customer service consultant in Zendesk, needs to access both software to get an update..
2) Should have configurable fields, starting with title, reason being is if there are 100's or even 1000's of tickets in ZD going into RB, then it would make sense to title the tickets in RB with Ticket number or at least the organisation to help narrow down search.
The app no longer allows for uploading or viewing images🤦🏻♂️. This is a major issue as it severely impacts productivity and mobile workers. Pretty basic functionality that is available on most platforms. We now have to take images on our phones etc and use the desktop app or other apps to show these... seriously what were you guys thinking…
Thanks for the feedback. Our June update of Redbooth iOS, 8.6.0, offers image preview. And we'll soon have image upload (from camera, or library) because we know that's a big deal.
If you haven't updated recently, the latest version (8.7) also offers @mentioning of your colleagues in comments, a feature that was highly requested.
I have my own company account, which works great with the plugin, but i want to configure another gmail account with the plugin, how do i do this??
