Pin workplaces in first positions.

I have some main workplaces and other secondaries. I would like to pin the main ones to best location (beyond for colouring them.)

'Collapse All' function for lists within a workspace

Our team uses lists within a workspace and are generally working on upwards of 10 projects. It would be good to add a 'Collapse All' function so that when you load that task list view you don't have to manually run down the list and click/hide the task details associated for each list.


Be able to copy over "assigned to" info as well as Workspace and Tasklists with new Copy btn

We want to minimize the amount of typing in items that will be repeated and in our structure, we are planning to use the new Copy workspace button/feature. Most likely all the same task-lists for all of these copies will be assigned to the same person even though the task is different (e.g., "Review Draft Copy" will always be the same editor.) Perhaps there could be a pull-down menu after hitting "Copy" which could let you choose to copy the tasklist or the assignees or even the dates . . . etc.


Add admin function to allow/restrict specific user's ability to create workspaces

Add more than one email to Redbooth Account

I have a personal email and a work email. I would like both of my email accounts connected to my Redbooth account so I can login from both, and also, more importantly, I can send an email into Redbooth from either account and not worry if its gonna get kicked back or not. I don't want to add my personal email account as an external user. I want to have 2 email accounts associated (or more) with my RB account.


Activity Feed or Workspace Chat - A Broader Use?

Would the current Activity Feed or Workspace Chat (that pops out from the right), better serve the Workspace features by recording an ongoing log of any activity performed in the Workspace? As it is now, it only displays created or resolved tasks, a place for Workspace chats or when a new member is added to the Workspace. Long termed tasks can become static over time and attention to a task diminished. Broadening the Workspace features within the Activity Feed could keep tasks better in mind for all involved.


Modify Width of Task List Header

We have a workspace that has 5 main Task List Headers, but the task list only shows 4 of them because, at the standard width, only 4 can fit. It would be nice if we could adjust the width of the Header and Task boxes so we can see more of the headers (I realize I can see them from the timeline view)


Backup not business customers, including comments

Besides a business account I also use other workspaces (single user). For my privacy and to clean my Redbooth I want to make a backup of these workspaces. This including the comments.

Redbooth support told me that only business customers can make a backup and also that it isn't possible to make a backup of your comments.


Customizable Workflows

While Redbooth is great at recording issues and assigning responsibility it is difficult to organize the thousands of tasks that we have into a meaningful workflow.

I would love to be able to organize tasks and tasks lists into something other than just waterfall. A kanban board for implementing an an agile workflow would be incredibly helpful. Being able to organize tasks into milestones and sprints with points for creating burn down charts would be awesome.

Ideally there would be a view for each type of workflow that shows the status of work by workspace, multiple spaces, or all spaces, and that allows you to update tasks from that board. The primary view for each workspace could be chosen as either Issues (current style), Kanban, or Sprint. This would also be helpful for putting up on a big dashboard so that everyone can see what is currently being worked on and what is next to be worked on.

https://tree.taiga.io has something like there where you can view stuff as either sprint or kanban.
