To be able to generate a report of Tasks by User for a Specific Time Frame (ie. Past Month, or Past Week) instead of having the very first completed Tasks included on a Report. Thanks.

Task Overview Report: Ability to Add Fields, Add Filters and Add Sort By to all column headers


Filter: Add the ability to filter by a Task List on the Task Overview report.

Add the latest Comments.


This report would provide a quick overview of the tasks sorted by Workspace, Task List (filtered), Due Date Last Updated date and display latest update (comments).

Every year we have to download all months report, and combine 12 months together to analise the all year :(

We really need the calendar view to show subtasks and not just main tasks.

Our organization works only with private tasks and external users. Please, show private task and external users in the 'Workspaces' Report.

There are inconsistencies in the reports and some include subtasks and others do not. I'd like to see all reports include subtasks assigned to a user.


This is my current assessment of the reports and which ones do / do not display the subtasks:

1. Tasks by User: Includes both tasks and subtasks for the user

2. Calendar: Includes only the main tasks and not any subtasks

3. Workload: Includes only the main tasks and not any subtasks

4. User search: results only include the main tasks and not any subtasks (settings: Active; Assigned to myself; Due Date next 7 days; created by Anyone; all workspaces)

Project Manager to be able to create or receive a monthly report informing in detail who is doing what and the usage of Redbooth, for example:


Team member 1 replied to 2 conversations, created 3 tasks, finished 1 task, uploaded 5 files, participated in 4 workspaces, used the chat with other 2 users.


Team member 2 has not used the platform


This could help track the usage of the platform by each user and prompt people who are not using it, to do it.

i love this new section. it solves so many problems. Question: can I sort by Task List too? I like to prioritize my task lists inside of workspaces.... i see the workspaces and tasks, but a tool like this should have the ability to see the middle level, the task list level. no? https://goo.gl/3M28I0

We'd like to report on a project (tasks) which run over a number of months - typically who was working on the project, time spent on each tasks (to identify the highest time spent etc.)
