Tasks with start and due date: Make start date colored if start date has passed. Much easier to spot ongoing and future tasks in dashboard view.
As described in header. Now you can't see with brief glance which of the "Due soon" tasks are ongoing and which start a bit later.
When you need to copy a task, doesn't have the option to add the same people in the notification painel from the original task. Exemple, I have a template that I share (notification) with 12 members, every time that I copy the task I need to envolve these 12 people manually.
I need to see a status of my tasks, so they move across the board in a Kanban method. However, once that task is complete and my repeating task is created, I can't drag the new task to the beginning column! It keeps jumping back to the end. Help!
I need to be able to quickly add a task (that has a large and detailed sub-task list) over and over into various different projects. It would be great if there were templates for individual tasks.
Does copying a single task work for you? It copies over the description and all the subtasks. If that's not the case, we would love to hear your feedback. It seems to me there is no way to view history of task's or sub-task's that were deleted. Can you please add support in the "Task Overview" screen to show deleted tasks and sub-tasks. This would allow the team owner to flag if a team member accidentally erased something (particularly as its very easy to erase a sub-task and was done multiple times by our team already)
Would be helpful for quick Workspace maintenance to be able to delete Tasks from the Task List view.
Did you know about bulk actions in the Workspace / Tasks section? I think that this could solve you case 😀

To create new task reference you have to create new task, but it doesn't seems to be an option to manipulate this in any other way which makes this feature very risky to use.
I would like to drag & drop tasks from the list right into Subtasks field ..
Also it would be nice if we could see this on timeline somehow.
Input Form: Make it possible for external people to assign tasks (e.g. projects from other teams to be accomplished), like in JIRA
it would be great to let external people interact with our redbooth environment as well.
One could create input forms (like google forms or JIRA) with preselected questions, that result in a task list (e.g. input task list from external). In that way collaboration with other people from the company not using Redbooth would be easier
(currently we use google forms and import the tasks to redbooth, which is a hazzle)
