I always have problems saving tasks or task edition...the enter functionality is differents in differents spaces...wouldn't be possible to save just by clicking outside the editable box? or just by enter, but always. In some case you must press CTRL+enter...in subtsaks works just with enter... That is confusing for me
I use Redbooth to manage a "Deal Pipeline." So in this context, a "task" is actually a private company. When I learn of or engage with a company, I add it as a task in my workspace. But I may well have come across this company before, and previously entered it without remembering.
I would like an option for Redbooth to alert me if I create a task with a name that already exists. If I create a new task "Redbooth" and a "Redbooth" task already exists elsewhere in my workspace, I'd like the system to alert me before it saves & creates the new duplicate task.
I assume this should be a toggle option, because in other contexts, duplicate task names might be common and alerts would be annoying.
As you can see from this image, I have changed the date on this task but it is still showing as a task for today.
This has been an issue experienced by a few of my collegues.

We use GetFlow (we app) right now and would like to import everything to Redbooth, do you know if this is possible?
When copy/pasting YouTube Links, or links to certain online pictures, it automatically shows the full image, which I don't want. Be great if there was a way to circumvent. Thanks

If you go to "Manage my organization", then go to "Workspaces", and you should see a dropdown near the top saying, "Export all tasks". You can export them into either a CSV or XLSX file.
If you go to Conversations or Notes, you'll see that you can Export an HTML report.
We recently pushed a change to update completed tasks to be listed in the order they were resolved, with the newest ones on top.

When using search for a task, the search function works great.
The issue however, when clicking the task from a list when compiling the search and editing that task means the URL stores the actual search.
When a team member is given that URL, there is confusion as they are told to complete the task and instead are given a search list.
If the SINGLE task can be given a custom URL, this would be excellent and save confusion.
Sometimes we have parts of projects that can be archived but not the whole thing. It would also be nice to have an "auto-archive" option that would allow any resolved tickets to archive after 30 days.
