Add an "in progress" status to the workflow

Stephanie Roache 1 year ago in Feature Requests / Tasks • updated by Maja Foster 1 year ago 1

Implement an "in-progress" option to show when a task is being work on to show further visibility for others in the workspace.

WYSIWYG editor

Portal Manager 2 years ago in Feature Requests / Tasks • updated by Heather 10 months ago 2

Is there a way to integrate a WYSIWYG editor? The mark up editor does not show stylized text. We are a heavy user of the Outlook plugin since that is the main way work requests are received by my team. In those emails will be stylized text. The markup editor does not show such marked up text and is proving to be an issue for us.

Ability to merge back tasks into subtasks

Kevin Sooriah 2 years ago in Feature Requests / Tasks • updated by Dylan 9 months ago 2

Since we are able to create a task from a subtask. How about merging back to the task it originally belonged.

Here is the scenario that currently happen:

We would have each task as a client name

We would have their request in subtasks

we would then create a task for someone.

when the task is completed / resolved, if it could merge back to the original task then would be great

add @ mention feature to emails forwarded into Redbooth

DJRobbins 2 years ago in Feature Requests / Tasks • updated by Darren Richards 2 years ago 3

It would be helpful to have the ability to enter an @ mention directly in the email we are forwarding into Redbooth, using the "reply to email" feature. Otherwise, we have to login to Redbooth and @mention the team member in an individual Task Comment field.

Subtask Indicator on Tasks

mark 2 months ago in Feature Requests / Tasks • updated by Daniel Wagner 2 weeks ago 3

I think it would be very helpful to have a visual indicator - be it a colored dot or a mark of some kind - on a Task indicating that the task has supporting 'subtasks'. This would make managing one's work much for efficient.

Ability to use date ranges on subtasks

I'd like the ability to have date ranges for the subtasks within a larger task.

Upgrade feature: Multiple Assigned Users: Task Completed Option

Nixaccount 7 months ago in Feature Requests / Tasks • updated by Roger 6 months ago 2

The feature of having multiple assigned users to the Primary Task is a great feature. However, if one of the two users "completes" the task it is assumed that both users have completed the Primary Task. An option or feature to provide a "Task Complete" for each specific user assigned to the Primary Task would be helpful. Maybe an option to force "Task Complete" confirmation by the other users or the option to remove them as assigned users from the Primary Task as a fixed requirement.

Have a gantt timeline for only your tasks in all workspaces at once

Kaila Covián 8 months ago in Feature Requests / Tasks 0

It would be really helpfull to see all your tasks form all workspace for the week in a gantt timetable and not only in a list. So you have an idea of all the work you have for a week including all workspaces, is a more visual solution.
