So the scenario is:
I have a task list with 17 tasks. All of them have due dates and want want to move all of their due dates with just "one click"
First select all tasks (this already works.)
Next click on one due date, and change it to be due 5 business days later.
Once you selected the due date, you should see that all other due dates got moved 5 business days .
FYI I know this can be done with task-list template, but my issue is that it is too late in the project to recreate these tasks from the template because we already have notes, attachments etc.
It would be helpful to have the ability to enter an @ mention directly in the email we are forwarding into Redbooth, using the "reply to email" feature. Otherwise, we have to login to Redbooth and @mention the team member in an individual Task Comment field.

Please create the option to assign multiple people to a single subtask!
You should be able to set up a reoccurring task by the day of the week instead of the specific date.
An example, set a task to reoccur the 3rd Monday of the month or 1st Thursday of the month.
Right now, you can only choose dates to reoccur but it doesn't always put the task at the correct time of the month.
I was excited to see several months ago that work was being done on assignable subtasks and was even more excited to get a notification that assignable subtasks were rolling out. I am however really disappointed that this was only rolled out for business plans.
This has been a request for many years dating all the way back to the previous feedback forum and is, in our opinion, basic functionality that strikes at the core of Redbooth as a task management system.
I appreciate your willingness to get feedback on product improvements. We love what you have created and hope to see it continually improved. Please consider making subtasks assignable for all plans.
It would be great to have a button beside each task that says "Workflow Stopped" with a comment box to state what the hold up is, such as when you are waiting on a client before the project can proceed. It would make it easier to focus on what I CAN do.
We end up with a lot of arbitrary dates assigned to tasks because there is no easy way to see a users workload from the date picker when creating / modifying / assigning a task to a responsible party. It would be super helpful for their to be some indication of the amount of tasks someone has due on the days of the week. Bonus if hovering or clicking on the number brings up the tasks that are due on that day.
I know there are ways of organizing due dates through different windows but being able to schedule accurately right in the task dialog box would greatly improve workflow and give a much better visual indicator about what is realistic.
