It would be extremely helpful to be able to color code or add keywords to tasks. This could be used to tie a task to a customer, department, stage, etc. We like the Redbooth interface very much but it's one of the few task management tools I've seen not to support color coding and/or keywording of tasks.
We like to use TAGs but would benefit from a repository of TAGs kept for our users account. E.g., when the # is created, a drop down allows the users to choose/share TAGs already created or they create a new one. TAG management in Settings could allow this feature to be turned on or off, deletions, standard TAG uploads to populate the system for account users.
This request could be broken down into more than 1 request, but they're closely related:
1) We'd like the ability to put hashtags (#) on Files, so that we can search for specific Files using the search box/functionality by hashtags.
2) Make the search box/functionality more specific/reliable for File names. When we enter in part of the file name it doesn't always find it unless we put in the whole name which we often don't remember. We have a lot of images/pics stored within Redbooth, and the search field/functionality is not always reliable. For example, searching for "Plane" does not return results for "airplane"
Tags could be used to know milestones of a project, it would be nice to have your favorite tags easily accessible and the ability to group projects by tags.
