It would be great to see only current tasks, or tasks in the next 2 weeks etc, much cleaner for visualising tasks as you can then condense the list to the essentials.

It would be extremely helpful with the timeline view chart to have the task name on the timeline image as well as the duration. If our team could look at the timeline view and see the task right within the duration bar, it would be fantastic - especially for large complicated projects.
In the timeline view, requesting the option to manually adjust the completed date to give a more correct view of the project tasks' completion.
We are importing our current projects and their associated tasks/timelines, some of which have phases and tasks that are already completed. When I mark the timelines as completed on the day of/current day it shows the lag between the day it should be marked as completed (i.e. a task was completed on 6/30 and we're entering the dates at a later time to have a full view of the project). It would ideal to have a way to manually adjust the completed date in the 'edit' options to give a more correct view of the project tasks' completion.
This worked with your first timeline .. now I didn't managed to replicate it.
- You can set dates for Lists, but you cannot see this on the timeline.
- You could use this as a way to organize tasks in timeline like Milestones.
- How much time is reserved for a entire list / milestone / group of tasks matters more than actual duration of the tasks
