I use Yammer now. I create networks (or groups) of 300 people that we talk for 1 week. Then, I delete the group and start a new one.

If I pay for 300 people, can it be 300 different people every month, with different email addresses?

Also, can people post messages like Yammer and have threaded responses from others in the group? Thanks.

It will be useful to be able to have the task in a single window (without the part of the left column with other information of the other tasks of the Workspace).

Thus, I will be able to reduce the size of the window task as small as I need it. (I wanted to write a comment seeing another document. So I need to be able to have it small in order to see both windows).

Also, I could not write this comment from the MAC redbooth desktop application.

When utilizing the drop down buttons on the left bottom screen to create conversation, note, or task, do not restrict participants from whatever workspace last in. Provide versatility of using any workspace and any participant needed when adding a new item.

Hi,

Did you know that when you create items from that menu, you can also change and choose the workspace you would like to create the task, conversation, note, or tasklist in?

We default to the current workspace you are in, but you can easily change the workspace where you would like to create your item in as well by clicking the dropdown and changing workspaces.

Within Redbooth Webapp we use to link things together for easy re-finding. We are using the following syntax [title](link)

In the desktop app there is no way of getting a link to a note, discussion, etc. Could you implement this for convenient linking of objects?

Thanks for considering

Andreas

Thanks for the feedback. We're curious about how you're sharing in the Redbooth Desktop. Were you aware you could copy and paste links from tasks, etc. just by right-clicking or CTRL-clicking on the title?

Here's a short video:

The #1 reason I chose Rebooth over Wrike, Asana and others was because the desktop apps. I can expect my employees to be responsive due to notifications.

BUT, the desktop notifications are spotty, they work sometimes and other times they don't. Notifications are extremely important for these chat functions and staying up to date in real time, otherwise I have to use slack for all my chatting which has very dependable notifications.

I am on Mac btw and a team member is getting no notifications on his PC.
