users per workspace should be lifted

The policy with number of users is not practical for amall companies, the lowest limit of 5 users per workspace is too low as people are often migrating, should be lifted to 10.

Hi Hozak,

Redbooth does not have a limit on number of users in each workspace.  If you wish to migrate your Free plan to Pro plan, there is no user limit for this either.

Am I understanding your concern correctly?

Hi Ryan, thanks for a prompt answer. We are using Pro, but the billing plan allows only for 5 user per organization, and subsequently, you cannot have more users also in a workspace. So in fact, I was suggesting lifting the limit for organization, and subsequently, to a workspace. Best regards, Pavel

Hi Pavel,

I think I understand better.  In the interim, while migrating users, you can change their role to 'external', which you can have unlimited.  And then when you return to 5, you can change their role back to 'participant'.  Does this help?
