I use Redbooth to manage a "Deal Pipeline." So in this context, a "task" is actually a private company. When I learn of or engage with a company, I add it as a task in my workspace. But I may well have come across this company before, and previously entered it without remembering.
I would like an option for Redbooth to alert me if I create a task with a name that already exists. If I create a new task "Redbooth" and a "Redbooth" task already exists elsewhere in my workspace, I'd like the system to alert me before it saves & creates the new duplicate task.
I assume this should be a toggle option, because in other contexts, duplicate task names might be common and alerts would be annoying.
Insert the option to choose / show active tasks and resolved tasks togheter.

In the calendar Insert the option to choose more then 1 month - usually needed to see yearly tasks.
You can know view an entire year in the Calendar view.

I work with a distributed development team and scheduling tasks as a 'push' activity is proving to be cumbersome. I would like to implement a 'pull' activity culture in my team where I can have one pool of 'to-do' tasks, and if a developer has completed a task they can go to the global 'to-do' pool and pick a task from the pool of tasks, assign their name to it and continue with the work. Once completed, they can move the task to a 'Test' tasklist etc.
I would like to be able to setup a Kanban board view of all my workspaces allowing me to see all task in either a 'To do, Development, Testing, Waiting deployment' status.
It is not readily apparent that clicking the Heading of "Direct Messages", You typically see some indication of direction/function. (Not a big deal, I get it, if I opened it...then I must know how to close it.)
The issue that bugs me is when I click Direct Message, then the clickable Header moves; I need to adjust the mouse positioning on my tiny screen (Not a problem across all people), it would be easier for the button to remain in the same location, it opens from the bottom, and after a quick look, I can easily close it again, either that or maybe it could close after "X" number of seconds/minutes, etc.
The Project managers mostly work from dashboard, replying to comments. But when someone writes a message in Workspace right-hand conversation bar, no one is notified UNLESS you are in that workspace.
Thanks for the feedback. When using a workspace chat, the recipients of a message will only be those that are in the work space. You can use @all to send a notification to everyone in that workspace, even if they are not currently physically in it. Otherwise, this is currently working the way it was intended to.
Most of our projects work in a fairly linear fashion and it would be nice to set up task lists to reflect that. Mainly, when the first task list is completed it would be minimized and the next task list would move to the first position. Also, it would be useful to be able to mount more than one task list in a position to illustrate that they both need to be happening at the same time and both need to be completed in order to move on to the next stage:
