Today different colour

Hi


I would like to suggest to have the expiry date 'today' to be in a different colour. The expired or late tasks are in red and it would be easier to recognise the ones that expire are due today if the word 'today' was in a different colour like orange.

Be able to reply to specific comment in a long string and have it appear just after the comment (like on FB)

the title says it all - sometimes I don't get to reply to a comment in a conversation string until 4 or 5 other people have chimed in, and I want my comment to appear right after the original person's comment, not at the top of the string, so I can address specifically that person's note and not the 3 new directions the conversation has taken.

Organize Urgent tasks by date in the Tasks by User view

We love having Urgent tasks with dates assigned but currently they all show up under "Today" in the Tasks by User view. They should be under the appropriate date range. Except the ones with no due date make sense to be under "Today": they float to the top.

Completely delete chat

It would be great to be able to be able to really delete chat - even if it means you need to remove a user, let the chat with them flush out of the app, then re-invite them. As I understand this is not currently possible, and if people use chat then realise they probably should be deleting a chat they've had which is not necessarily something they want to keep, this could be one way of doing it.

Add a status to tasks as Aborted when the ticket is completed but it is determined not to take action

Hello:

Currently when ticking a task's box, the system automatically convert it to Resolved. I would like to have the option to select either Resolved or Aborted. It can auto default to resolved but it is essential to have the option to select Aborted.

Conversations, Notes, Task Lists & Tasks Additions

When utilizing the drop down buttons on the left bottom screen to create conversation, note, or task, do not restrict participants from whatever workspace last in. Provide versatility of using any workspace and any participant needed when adding a new item.

Did you know that when you create items from that menu, you can also change and choose the workspace you would like to create the task, conversation, note, or tasklist in?


We default to the current workspace you are in, but you can easily change the workspace where you would like to create your item in as well by clicking the dropdown and changing workspaces.
