If you have sub organizations it should be able to all link to the main organization box account.
Thanks for your feedback! We listened and delivered, any Business subscription can now link multiple Redbooth organizations into the same box account.
sometimes tasks end up with very similar names and when due dates get bumped the two tasks can be very difficult to distinguish from each other without actually opening them and comparing them side by side (just kidding no way to compare tasks side by side in redbooth). also, after a 'Copy and assign task...' menu function two tasks will look identical in the task list until the copied task's name is edited to differentiate it from the original. in our case this has caused users to accidentally edit the original task instead of the copy as intended.
this info could be in a small light font much like the 'Show x completed tasks' at the end of each task list and placed under the due date.

Unfortunately we're not seeing enough market demand to justify building a Windows Phone app.
We would be better off having a function where we can hold “Shift” and just click on the first and last task we want to manipulate (for deletion, moving, reassigning, etc.) and all the tasks in between get highlighted.
Can you consider a quick option under our basic settings that lets us choose what day our week starts with. In Europe we start at monday :-)

Just click your picture or initials in the upper right corner, choose My profile settings, and change your setting. Here's a quick video:
I have a growing problem. My Workspace-dropdown list keeps growing longer and longer as time goes by, but several of the Workspaces is just empty lists/customers with no uncompleted tasks inside. How about giving us the options to autohide completed workspaces, or split the top/bottom workspaces list with active one on top, and no-active ones on the bottom half?
Within Redbooth Webapp we use to link things together for easy re-finding. We are using the following syntax [title](link)
In the desktop app there is no way of getting a link to a note, discussion, etc. Could you implement this for convenient linking of objects?

Thanks for the feedback. We're curious about how you're sharing in the Redbooth Desktop. Were you aware you could copy and paste links from tasks, etc. just by right-clicking or CTRL-clicking on the title?

When printing a Report for Tasks By User, it doesn't include the due date in the print-out. I would like the print-out to include all the information presented, especially the Due Date. Thanks!
