obviously this is a difficult problem to add a total solution to but if the attachment is clearly of a text format (i.e. xml, php, html, txt, etc...) then it would not be too much work to provide results from the attachments
When copy/pasting YouTube Links, or links to certain online pictures, it automatically shows the full image, which I don't want. Be great if there was a way to circumvent. Thanks
It´s dificult find a proyect if you dont know exacly the name
Thank you for your feedback!
We've made some improvements to Search in our latest release that makes Search more sensitive to help you find the content you are looking for in Redbooth.

Thanks for being a Redbooth customer!
be able to download de info you have on the task, conversations ... from redbooth
If you go to "Manage my organization", then go to "Workspaces", and you should see a dropdown near the top saying, "Export all tasks". You can export them into either a CSV or XLSX file.
If you go to Conversations or Notes, you'll see that you can Export an HTML report.
We recently pushed a change to update completed tasks to be listed in the order they were resolved, with the newest ones on top.
Please let us know how this is working for you!
We really need to add subtasks to our Task list templates. Currently we include our subtask in the description area then transfer them into subs manually. This is time consuming and can be avoided if you add in subtasks in task list temlates
Thanks Daniel and Matty. We did introduce this feature recently. Hope you like it!
I recently had an issue with Evernote integration which required me to re-authorize the APP in Redbooth. During this process, my team lacked several meeting reports which used the Evernote attached notes in task comments.
The problem I'd wish to address, then, is that Redbooth should have a form of backup (at least for the text elements) in Evernote so that the lack of connection with Evernote would not cause the Redbooth content to be impacted.
When using search for a task, the search function works great.
The issue however, when clicking the task from a list when compiling the search and editing that task means the URL stores the actual search.
When a team member is given that URL, there is confusion as they are told to complete the task and instead are given a search list.
If the SINGLE task can be given a custom URL, this would be excellent and save confusion.
