I'm not sure why the dashboard has been changed, the new layout adds nothing, in fact makes things worse. Please return it to how it was or allow people to choose.

I personally love the new dashboard, takes the "at a glance" to a more precise level

I agree with OP 100%. the "at a glance" shwos my total tasks, what is due today, but omits what is past due. Why wouldn't I want to know what is late?


Also, when i go to my dashboard from a workspace, I now need to toggle to get to my notifications instead of being able to see them initially like the old dashboard. My Task list isn't changing as frequently as my "updates" (alerts), so not sure why the updates would be buried.


This update is making the system must less streamlined and user friendly, which were 2 big reasons we selected the product

Irwin - can you explain the rationale behind creating this new homepage? I'm curious if i'm just not looking at it correctly, or if my organization uses the software differently than most

Not happy with the change. We just get everyone here working well with the dashboard and reading the updates on a regular bases and then you do this. Why not ask the users what they want before making your mass changes?


If you are going to make changes why don't you post instruction videos a day or two prior so everyone can see how to use the changes. I've been on the phone all morning with calls from team members asking about the missing updates.

Put it back. Why should I have to click twice just to see the Notifications. My dashboard should show me notifications and my tasks when I arrive.

A big issue i'm experiencing, if i am in My Tasks, check a subtask that's due today but the overall task isn't checked as completed, and i click my mouse somewhere else within that task, that task disappears and the first overdue on My Tasks is now the current task. I've wasted a lot of time trying to find tasks that i was just working on and then disappeared

The dashboard is also much slower than it used to be

My coworkers and I are displeased with the change as well. Our tasks are commented, adjusted, changed and sent back and forth on the daily (occasionally by the hour) and having our notifications show up in an entirely different tab is really throwing us. I need to see those in an immediate kind of way. I also don't really that it just tells me how many tasks I have period...It's much more valuable to see what I need to do TODAY...not what I need to accomplish over the next six months (or whatever the long time frame is). This is just my two cents -- I'm sure it works well for others, but certainly not for us so far...

Same here. For me and my team the new layout is a lot less workable! The old layout was working perfectly well for us, why not make the dashboard layout an option in the settings (Or even better, make it fully customisable)?


Also, the way the "urgent" tasks are now sorted (due date first, then urgency) doesn't work for us, would be great to have some sorting options as well.
