An update here. You can now create new workspaces in Redbooth iOS!
To do this: click on Workspace in the bottom navigation, then click the + button in the top right. You can give it name, choose an organization (if you belong to multiple), and choose the privacy setting.
Thanks for your feedback. We have several helpful workspace improvements planned, and sort is one of those updates. Given our project list, it could be early next year before this is released to all users, however. Please know that we are working on it ;-)
Hi Koobaru. We have updated this in iOS. Marking this as complete.
Thanks for voting on this feature. Today we launched a task rollup, which allows you to easy expand and collapse task list in the workspace view of iOS. Please update to 8.13.0 to see this in action.
Hi Heather. Thanks for the input.
I agree that threading is not fine-tuned like the rest of the Slack product. When you say 'see something link that incorporated into Redbooth', are you saying that you would want this in Conversations, Task comments, or elsewhere?
Any feedback here?
We just brought the About page back from a long hibernation. But since its not a page one would need to frequently, we'll keep it under the settings icon for now. In the future, it could live closer to the top of the settings menu.
As an early Slack user I can tell you that threading was highly anticipated, and now that we have it we rarely use it. So we won't be adding that to Conversations. But we do agree a like or emoji response would be helpful.
It's likely you'll see this in Tasks before you see it in Conversations, but please know we are considering it.
We will be working on this one soon and should have something in a few weeks.
All the items mentioned in this topic has been added back to the iOS app, including: conversation updates, add/view attachments, create new task lists, adding followers to tasks.
A few things still to be included include: multiple assignees on tasks
One item that was not available on iOS and still not available: adding new users to account, we will continue to omit from iOS for now.
Also, I just want to comment on a few of the entries here from some passionate users: While we appreciate your enthusiasm for Redbooth and its functionality, it doesn't help feature development to create aggressive posts that are also quite vague. When we reach out to you for further clarification and you ignore those requests, it also doesn't help development of those features.
We're sorry to lose such great Redbooth fans over missing features. We hope that doesn't stop the conversation for others who are more polite in their forum etiquette, and actually use this for what it is... a forum.
