Please feel free to share your stories and ideas to help us build Redbooth for your needs. While we read everything that you write, we can't always respond. Thank you.
Having the ability to see a break out of the progress for each task list by percent breakdown and filtering/manipulating the report to include data fields needed.
as already discussed with the Redbooth support we need to have either the option to switch of the reporting (like with the time tracking) or that we can remove the reporting tab.
Another option would be to have the reporting on a private cloud.
The reason is the workers council in one of our properties which didn`t allow us to work with Redbooth due to the reporting tab. Please let me know which option is possible? Thank you!
Ability to import a single Template Task into an existing Task List in a Workspace.
Have you tried our import feature? https://redbooth.com/help/import-spreadsheet-excel-file/
We have Template Task Lists that have repetitive template tasks in them. Problem is, if we want to alter/improve upon those tasks, we must edit each and every one. It would be much easier to be able to "copy" them to make duplicates.
It would be great to be able to move multiple tasks at a time.
I currently use prefixes to group related tasks in a task list. If you could develop a function that grouped those tasks into their on segment, it would be easy to gauge progress of different parallel chunks.
Would love to able to pin or star a particular task, conversation or note for quick reference, similar to favorite workspaces.
We are using Redbooth to manage internal improvement projects as for example the implantation of a Warehouse management system, business process reengineering, integration of ERP systems, etc. All of them have a huge number of tasks and several multi-leveled subtasks.
The main problem is to manage this amount of leveled tasks and subtasks one after another and to quickly see dependencies, as the only way to do it nowadays, is to connect them on the Timeline. It would be more efficient and easy to concentrate these subtasks inside the main one:
Subtask 1 (assigned to.. due date..)
Subtask 1.1 (assigned to.. due date..)
Subtask 1.1.1… (assigned to.. due date..)
In summary, we would like to achieve a more efficient view of subtasks, integrated management of tasks in a single entry point, and a better global view about progress of the whole project.
