We offer services in 2 different disciplines. Due to that, it would be great if we could group our workspaces for each of those disciplines and more if required. For example, we are architects but also offer 3d CGI services. It would be great if we could group workspaces for the building design projects and a separate group for the 3d cgi projects. Likewise, we are using a workspace to follow up on leads so another group may be "leads" and so on.
It would be very helpful for us to be able to set tasks that take a specific length of time (e.g. 1 week) when we'd expect to work on / complete it in that week to then recur in the calendar on an annual basis.
There are tasks we do on an annual basis (the reason we're using Redbooth - to create an Annual Task list for our work) which would be very helpful to be able to have recur each year.
Ideally it would be helpful if we know that something has to be completed the week before a specific date next year if we could then specify the date we want it to recur the following year, instead of just recurring it to the same dates. E.g. We want to create a task that runs the week before our Easter break, which changes year to year and is not always the same date(s).

I wish Conversations were one of the primary menu items because sometimes I can't remember which conversation happened in which workspace, and it would be great to just get a run-down of all the conversations you're a part of.
This post is about the Chat notifications.
It could be useful to be able to mute them.
The notification itself is really useful to see a team-mate interaction, but the little "PLOP" sound become really disturbing when you are working and cannot answer at the very moment they appear.

If and email comes through that includes a task, allow users to forward to a workspace and create a task directly from his/her email- create an email plug in to do so

Email is going to live forever but I wan to minimize my time in it. RB Outlook plug -in should be extended to enable a users to create a conversation. Key benefits are:
1) Adding / capture knowledge and content from in email thread into RB so it is searchable / findable for future reference
2) Abilityon-board and extend that conversation into Redbooth
Right now if I want to reference a task while I'm creating or editing a different one, I have to close the one I'm working on, open the other, copy the URL, then go back to my original and paste it.
I would love an autocomplete way to do this, much like the way @ works now to bring up a list of users. Something like #<start typing task name>
