Allow members their own view of the workspace

Allow members to organize task lists and arrange the workspaces without impacting other members in the workspace..

Show warning if you add someone to a workspace via mentioning

Over and over again users get access to a workspace to which they were never knowingly invited. Turns out you can invite a user to a workspace by just mentioning him in the comments section -  the warning which informs you about this issue is so small, that you will miss it half the time. Some tasks are sensitive and should not be seen by all users.

Task list magnifying glass widget when hovering over assignee head shot

If you're looking at a workspace it's not always possible to tell who the task is assigned to based on their teeny tiny head shot.. What would be nice would be to have the picture magnified and their name displayed when you hovered over the assignee..

Ability to create user groups, and assign them to a workspace

adam.siefer 1 year ago in Feature Requests / Workspaces/Projects • updated by Ben D 10 months ago 1

When we create a workspace, we normally have 3-10+ users that need to be added. It would be much more efficient and ensure that a user isn't missed if we could create groups and assign them to a workspace.

We need this ability in the private-cloud version please

For example:

Currently we create a new workspace, and add 3-4 Engineers, 3-4 Sales, 1-2 Managers, I would like to just pick an group for these people instead of adding each person.

It would be nice to see the latest comment, due date, and assignee if you hovered over a task..

Workspace Wiki

We have projects that are ongoing and managed by new virtuals frequently. We'd like to have a Workspace specific wiki where we can create topics, embed video instructions, ability to categorise wiki topics, ability to search topics and publish lifetime QandA's.

Please implement this :)

Workspace description needs formatting

Reinhard 1 year ago in Feature Requests / Workspaces/Projects • updated by Fabien 1 year ago 1

It seems that I can't edit the content into a certain structure. It appears to be all in one flow. I am recommending to support the input field with a simple formatting tool to support some basic editing options, i.e. space return, numbering etc.

Expand all workspaces-view

As a project manager for 3 employees I would love to see all my workspaces fully expanded in one window. Only then will I get a better view of capacity internally. And yes i do know of the other existing view options via report etc. But they dont give me all at once with tasks visable.

Color personal workspace (rojo)

Neus Martínez 11 months ago in Feature Requests / Workspaces/Projects • updated 3 weeks ago 6

Hi everyone. We (re)released Red back to the workspace color palette.  Technically Red is also the default, so if you wish to change to something else you can choose from one of the other 15 colors now available.
