Project Manager to be able to create or receive a monthly report informing in detail who is doing what and the usage of Redbooth, for example:
Team member 1 replied to 2 conversations, created 3 tasks, finished 1 task, uploaded 5 files, participated in 4 workspaces, used the chat with other 2 users.
Team member 2 has not used the platform
This could help track the usage of the platform by each user and prompt people who are not using it, to do it.
i love this new section. it solves so many problems. Question: can I sort by Task List too? I like to prioritize my task lists inside of workspaces.... i see the workspaces and tasks, but a tool like this should have the ability to see the middle level, the task list level. no? https://goo.gl/3M28I0
Also, i made a video to explain how we'd like to see our #P1 / #P2 to bubble up to the top and also be able to sort our Task Lists (not just tasks) by Priority Tags and Urgent id. i made another video - with another question. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9pl36dXJx0
I'm part of several organizations, and the *Tasks by user* does not currently allow me to select the organization I need to focus on.
I currently need to check workspace by workspace the pending tasks to get things done for a particular organization, this is not convenient.
I'd like to be able to filter the organization in the *Tasks by user* report with a multiple selection. Would default to showing tasks in all organizations.
We have several external users that need to export their time tracking report with their tasks titles/descriptions and send it to us so they can be paid for that on monthly base.
I wish there will be an option for external user to at least see
their total working hours and approve it somehow internally. In current way we
need to get back to emails for sending time tracking reports and get approval (which we tried to avoid by using Redbooth).
It seems that tasks can be created without assigning someone to them. That may be OK to initially crate it , but I don't see anyway that summarizes these tasks. The only way to see them is to go to each workspace and search for them one at a time. You should at least have a report that shows all unassigned tasks across all workspaces. A manager should be able to easily review and assign them
I wanted to let you know that we just released a new reporting tool that lets you filter and sort tasks by different criteria, including showing unassigned tasks from any workspace. You have more information about *Task Overview* in this help center article: https://redbooth.com/help/task-overview-reports/
Hope this helps, thanks for your feedback!
The ability to see all projects that are ongoing at the same time in one view. Currently, the All workspace view in the report doesn't allow users to break it out by project or click into the # of tasks due, etc. It would be nice to see this view with additional metrics such as which workspace the tasks reside in and a breakout of how the workspace is progressing per task list.
Only a few members of my organization need that high level reporting, we cannot convert to the more expensive membership across the board to get reporting for only a few people. This would make that imminently more affordeable.
My team needs a lightweight way to see if we're on or off track and understand our progress. We need to be able to keep track without requiring a certified, dedicated project manager.
