Cuando exporto a un xlsx desde la pantalla de seguimiento de tiempo (solapa informes), necesitaría también que aparezca la fecha y hora del comentario mediante el cual se registro la fecha y horas "utilizadas", para poder controlar con que demora o atraso se han asignado las horas "trabajadas o aplicadas" a las diferentes tareas !!! No es mucho lo que pido !!!! Podrá ser factible por fa ??? gracias !!!
- When editing a task be able to drag to order the assignees
- Have the ability to choose Urgent on the left side to show all urgent tasks on the right side
- Be able to show more days individually rather than today, tomorrow and this week. I'd like to see what each day looks like for the current and possibly next week.
- Be able to control the sort order for "BY WORKSPACE" right now it's by number of tasks. I'd rather see it by workspace name.
- Possibly show the last comment for each task in the right side
Please include a filter/view by "Lists" when running time tracking reports. You currently have:
View by Task
View by User
View by Workspace
Why not to include View by List? Data is there, I'm sure this is an easy add-on.
For our invoicing we use the "Sub Tasks" portion of the Tasks to track what we have produced. If you could add "Sub Tasks" to the Task Overview in the reporting section that would be amazing for us.
I would like there to be analytics that account managers like myself can use to see at a glance how my various account users are utilizing the service on an annualized basis. It would help for understanding how different departments are (or are not) using the platform. Most helpful would be the ability to see what percent of overall use each user (or selected group of users) represents to the whole.
This was available for a short time and was patched out on the November 10th update: "Fixed: Sometimes time-tracking would show some tasks that didn’t have any time entered in them. We now only show tasks that have time entered into them."
My request is to bring it back or allow us to choose whether or not it is shown. Our organization has salaried members performing purchases that are not expected to log their time, and they make updates to tasks that we then need to report to the customers we serve.
When this "error" occurred we could check nightly and see all tasks that had been updated, as well as what our hourly employees had completed. Ultimately this change promotes open communication and streamlined productivity which is really the entire point of Redbooth.
Initially I thought it was a feature, and when it was patched out I was disappointed. If there is any way to allow end users to choose whether or not to have time spent only or time spent and updates included, I really think it would be useful to a lot of people.
To have the option of creating PDFs in letter of A4 sizes of all the types of reports, but month and year.
Currently when trying to print them (or saved as pdf through the printing mode), only part of the report comes out, not the complete reports.
For resource planning purposes, Redbooth currently does not have a way to manage and plan against workspace tasks for all resources in an easy view nor is there a way to select multiple users.
Also, it would be nice to be able to export the data into a cvs and/or xls file to be able to resource plan if Redbooth cannot support and build out the feature.
