Instead of tagging everyone individually, allow team buckets to be created and notifications sent to all teammates when the team is tagged in a comment. Example: @seo-team (5 preset teammates)
Redbooth could be a fantastic tool for freelancers like me, who doesn't need to pay for 5 users. Some features like task assignments wouldn't be necessary. Both the freelancers and Redbooth would gain; we, having a excelent tool for managing our jobs; the site, for sure would have more new users. With a fair price for single entrepreneurs, we would feel supported and grateful.

Allow private tasks and subtasks within Workspaces. People should only see what they are assigned or granted access to. Workspaces should give more flexibility. If you add someone to a particular task and it's one part of a larger project, they don't need access to everything. Make privacy a default option as well. Even if you create private tasks, when you add someone to another task, they have access to the entire workspace and every other task in there.
I'd like to see a way to allow external users to be setup to access the timeline chat and HD meetings features within their assigned workspace. There's a lot of collaboration that occurs and wanting to cut down on emails, the only option is to allow for external users to have an isolated chat room and HD meetings.
Right now, an external person can see the whole workspace. I would like to have settings to only let them see their tasks or tasklist, not the whole workspace.
I understand it is currently not possible to add members without inviting them via unique email. This is unfortunate, as in our shop, we have only one organizational email, and everyone reads/responds as appropriate. Therefore, there is no way to add team members. I would like to add team members internally just for the sake of assigning tasks and keeping specific jobs under one person.
Please consider a feature where a team can be created solely within the app.
I am our project manager and am set to auto follow every task and conversation. I'd like the ability to set an auto reply AND / OR set a backup follower. Right now I need to ask my team to manually set themselves up to auto follow various projects in my absence.
