We absolutely love customer feedback here at Redbooth, and we always look forward to hearing from our customers. Our feedback forums are a great place to post your ideas and vote for ones that matter to you.
Please feel free to share your stories and ideas to help us build Redbooth for your needs. While we read everything that you write, we can't always respond. Thank you.
The functionality to "Subscribe to news feeds" (in Profile-> Subscriptions -> Subscribe to RSS feeds) is great but it would be really handy if we could also get a feed from the "Updates" tab on the homepage. This could then be filtered over whether the updates are assigned / followed / include a mention, etc.
This would enable people to get alerts of updates outside of RedBooth.
One of the most important thing that we need, is to disable external user from edit/view ‘time spent’ on task of its workspace/tasklist.
It will be possible throug a new apposite privilege.
Big security reason
Currently, there is no way to just disable a member, just remove them which removes the history of what they were assigned to (who did what)
Can I add the role a person has within our organization or to which department he belongs?
We have two internal units dealing with different but tightly connected events, thus we are using the same workspace. Some persons belong to one or the other but others belong to both units. I need a simple way of identifying the unit they work in and which role they have within.
Is that somehow possible?
If today I create a task for next month and assign a user, why is the user receiving the email today? Shouldn't he receive the email by the time the task is about to start?
This can bug the user in the time of planing: for example if I plan a project with 100 tasks distributed across 3 months, users will be notified in excess and unnecessarily on day 1.
Or tell me if I'm wrong.
Need the ability to define workspace specific user roles. For example, I would like someone to be an admin for a Workspace A, but not for Workspace B.
In order for our team leads to take control of their workspace, they need a little more capabilities than participants.
