Allow for a task to be set up dependent upon a previous task in the templates instead of just in timeline. This would allow you to set a template that wouldn't have to be adjusted as much. This would be extremely beneficial for those in the real estate industry.
If we cannot add timeline dependencies to a task list template
Please allow us to copy task lists with options:
We invested some effort in creating multiple task lists for a project in one workspace. I know we can copy the workspace or individual task lists to new workspaces. But, can we copy or save a task list from a workspace to a task list template?
Task list - Have the option to update recently applied task list template after the template is updated
Probably a message will ask us if we would like to update the recently applied (used) task list template after updating the template.
If I'm looking a template task item, I'd like to be able to see that a comment has been submitted there. It may not be due for a week or more, and the comment may only be about this particular project (and doesn't need to go on the template itself). I can easily just check off the item as a standard task since I don't know that a comment has been left there.
I use the task list template a lot, but every time I need to manually change the duration of certain tasks. About half of the tasks are more than 1 day in duration, so it's rather time consuming to drag tasks in the timeline view, and it's more error prone.
Ability to import a single Template Task into an existing Task List in a Workspace.
Have you tried our import feature? https://redbooth.com/help/import-spreadsheet-excel-file/
We have Template Task Lists that have repetitive template tasks in them. Problem is, if we want to alter/improve upon those tasks, we must edit each and every one. It would be much easier to be able to "copy" them to make duplicates.
