Is there any chance of creating a 'team / dept calendar whereabouts section'? We use Redbooth on a daily basis as a team and this seems a great place where we could keep the team's whereabouts up to date, since we use this project system so regularly!
In calendar view, it would be great to have better navigation. Currently, to go to a certain month, you need to scroll through each one by pressing the right and left arrows. So for example, to go to September next year, you'd need to view about 10 pages before getting to it. It would be easier even if there was a pop-up calendar like the one that appears when you 'Set date' for a task. The scrolling is much easier there.
Alternatively, for the meantime, I've found an easier (cheat's) way: in the address bar, I amend the year and month number.
1. Make the task list expandable in timeline – it is really inconvenient to have to click on each task to view
2. Make a better print option for the calendar – fit the month to 1 page with smaller font or 2 pages that separate cleanly and nice looking
The calendar scrolls all over the place (months back and forward) sometimes. I usually want to move a due date forward by one or two days. A shortcut key would do the trick.
Usual I dont need to see the past days.
So it would be really useful if the first field in the calendar view is the current day.
I used my Redbooth in a minimized screen because I am either working from two window screens or I am using VPN connection to my computer. All features should function in the minimized screen the same way they would if the screen were maximized. For example: When selecting a month for the due date, the month is not visible to select from a minimized screen.
