We absolutely love customer feedback here at Redbooth, and we always look forward to hearing from our customers. Our feedback forums are a great place to post your ideas and vote for ones that matter to you.
Please feel free to share your stories and ideas to help us build Redbooth for your needs. While we read everything that you write, we can't always respond. Thank you.
Show task in "My tasks" by start date, not due date, so that users are reminded to begin the task on the specified date, rather than relying on mental reminders to begin prior to the due date.
Basecamp has this and it's one of the main things I miss. I'd love the ability to see a view that has JUST my activity (comments, new tasks, everything) so I can easily find previous tasks. This is especially helpful when I don't remember what the task title was and when I can't find the link anywhere. It is particularly helpful for managers as well to see all activity from each of the individual users.
I'm not sure why the dashboard has been changed, the new layout adds nothing, in fact makes things worse. Please return it to how it was or allow people to choose.
Thank you all for your initial feedback!
Rest assured that we are not yet done with our Dashboard, and we will be continuously improving it over the following weeks.
Thank you for being Redbooth customers!
I receive many Notifications throughout the day from Redbooth. Seeing as I, at times, clumsily close out a notification before I should have, having an Undo button (or even a configuration setting to toggle the question "Are you sure?") would be really helpful.
Would be helpful to opt to view notifications purely in chronological order in addition to chronologically by Workspace.
I am looking for a way to display a banner or header for the files section of a work group's shared space: something like, "please consider the sensitivity of any files before posting to the group" or short group updates when necessary. If it was something that could appear on the general dashboard as well, so much the better.
