The new timeline feature is great. Our team use one workspace for each project, and the timeline feature will make it a lot easier to manage each project.
A great feature would be to add an overall timeline view for all workspaces, to make it easier to manage resources across several projects.
Enhance the functionality of sub-tasks by adding the same or similar features to it that 'regular' Tasks have-- sub-tasks are often dependencies that must occur before the main task can be completed, these additional features would be useful:
- don't require that a sub-task have a due date, but allow for it to enhance follow-up & enable sub-tasks to appear on the Dashboard.
- provide the ability to assign a sub-task to other members.
We're excited to announce that assignable subtasks are here! Setting due dates and assignees on subtasks is now available under our business plan.
Subtasks that are assigned to you are now easily visible in your My Tasks section as well as highlighted in your Workspace view.

When there are multiple tasks assigned for one day, it would be helpful to prioritize the tasks by assigning specific times. Higher priority can have an earlier time and so on.
Also, it would be helpful to assign a due time in the day to accommodate meetings etc
A task sometimes needs more than one person to finish, or more than one person can do it.
I would be very useful to have priority/severity level for each task and be able to sort it.
Many times we need to focus on the most important task. Today RedBooth give us due dates and urgent flag. It is not flexible enough.
If you could provide additional flags which will serve as priority, it would be very helpful.
HIGH (1st priority)
MEDIUM (2nd priority)
LOW (3rd priority)
SUGGESTION (not mandatory to handle / new idea / nice to have / if time permit)
This enhancement should also be reflected in dashboard, timeline, reports ....
We have some recurring tasks that repeat every 2 weeks, every 2 months, quarterly, half year and every other year, etc. An example of what we would like is used in Google Calendar settings...
Sometimes you want to track when you reach a key point in a project, a milestone and not a task. It would be great if Redbooth would allow you to add these points to your plans.
