With latest iOS app 7.0.2 I'm logged out when I do something in the app and there is no Internet connection. I'm brought back to the login screen and have to login again, this is *very* annoying. Everytime I use the mobile app I have to make sure I have wifi or mobile connection.
Can you please fix this? Thanks!
The logout issue should be resolved, however, the sync issues (that you've mentioned in other threads) definitely persist. We are excited to have a new version out in the next few months which we think will vastly improve the entire experience for our iOS users.
If and email comes through that includes a task, allow users to forward to a workspace and create a task directly from his/her email- create an email plug in to do so
You can do that today with our convenient Create Tasks From Email workflow: https://redbooth.com/help/create-tasks-from-email/
Let us know how it works for you!
Email is going to live forever but I wan to minimize my time in it. RB Outlook plug -in should be extended to enable a users to create a conversation. Key benefits are:
1) Adding / capture knowledge and content from in email thread into RB so it is searchable / findable for future reference
2) Abilityon-board and extend that conversation into Redbooth
Right now if I want to reference a task while I'm creating or editing a different one, I have to close the one I'm working on, open the other, copy the URL, then go back to my original and paste it.
I would love an autocomplete way to do this, much like the way @ works now to bring up a list of users. Something like #<start typing task name>
My Redbooth account email is email@example.com from which any incoming email gets forwarded to my private Inbox firstname.lastname@example.org. However if I reply to a conversation posted by someone else from my private account, Redbooth rejects it as being from an email address that it doesn't recognise.
Could we possibly hold a secondary email address against each User Profile that would be recognised as valid when replying to Forum Notifications?
The only way of assigning dependencies is the drag and drop on timeline view? It would be much easier sometimes to do this directly from the task card.
Describe this task...
Add a subtask...
Add a dependency...
Another collaborative application I use allows you to use the "@" function to tag all participants within a task. The command "@channel" is used and it sends a notification to all the participant within a task. I have not found a comparable command in Redbooth.
